1. Press the Bluetooth button on the side of the water station to check for any light indicators. If no lights appear, the station may need charging. Use a 5V3A charging cable to charge the station for 0.5 to 1 hour.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth Reset Button for 2 seconds until the indicator light flashes white to confirm it is activated.
3. Gently clean the charging contacts of the water station with tissue paper.
4. If you have replaced the S10 main unit or the water station, you will need to manually pair the S10 with the water station via Bluetooth.

5. When marking the water station on SwitchBot App, make sure to drag the water drop mark icon to the front (about 1 meter) of the actual location of the Water Station.
6. Please go to SwitchBot App -> S10 -> Gear Icon -> Firmware & Battery to check for any available updates. If an update is found, please proceed with updating it before trying again.
7. If the above does not improve the situation, please contact us with a video of the S10 failing to recognize the water station via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback.
