1. Make sure that the Auto-empty station is properly connected to a power source.
2. Make sure that the Auto-empty station has not been moved and that the robot is correctly oriented for returning. If the Auto-empty station has been moved, you will need to manually move the robot back to it.
3. Make sure there are no obstacles near the Auto-empty station and that there is a 0.5m space on both sides, as well as 1m in front of and above the station. Also, be mindful that closed doors and other obstructions may disrupt the return path.
4. Make sure that the Auto-empty station is placed on a hard, level surface, away from heat sources, direct sunlight, or soft surfaces like carpets or rugs.
5. Use a soft cloth to wipe the signal emitter area on the Auto-empty station to remove any dust or debris that might be interfering with the robot’s ability to return.
6. Gently clean the front docking sensor on the robot S10 with a soft, dry cloth to ensure it is free of dirt or obstructions.
