• Firmware Version: 1.0.717 or newer

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure SwitchBot Floor Cleaning Robot S10 has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.

3. We recommand using the "cleaning frequency" feature in the following order:

• Launch SwitchBot App and log in
• Tap your S10
• Tap station
• Tap "settings"
• Tap "Cleaning Frequency"
• Enable "Dampen Mop"
• Also you can disable the auto-cleaning and set up a room-by-room cleaning or area-by-area cleaning to meet your needs
