• SwitchBot App Version: 8.6 or newer

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure SwitchBot Floor Cleaning Robot has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.

3. SwitchBot App -> Floor Cleaning Robot -> Gear icon -> Audio Settings -> adjust the sound and volume and check if the sound comes on.

4. SwitchBot App -> Floor Cleaning Robot -> Gear icon -> tap "Find Robot" and check if the sound comes on.
