1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Floor Cleaning Robot has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.
3. Please check the roller mop, mop case and waste water collection gutter for foreign matter. If necessary, please clean them manually.
4. Please check if there are any signs of wastewater passing through the inside of the wastewater box. Additionally, inspect the sealing strip on the lid of the wastewater box to ensure it is clean and undamaged. Dirt, mold, or damage to the sealing strip could affect the wastewater drainage process.
5. Although it may be unlikely, if the floor is not flat, some water may splash when draining sewage with wipers.

- Photo or video of water leak
- Photo showing inside of the waste water box
