1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure SwitchBot Floor Cleaning Robot has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.

3. Please note that it typically takes about 3-4 hours to fully charge the S10 from a low battery.

4. In high or low-temperature environments, the robot will automatically slow down the charging speed to extend battery life. Make sure the robot is being used in an optimal temperature range (0~40℃).

5. Clean the charging terminals between the S10 main unit and the auto-empty station to ensure a good connection.
