1. Make sure the battery is sufficiently charged. Please dock the robot S10 onto the auto-empty station to charge before use.

2. Make sure your S10 is being used in an environment with a temperature range of 0℃ to 40℃.

3. Make sure the power switch of S10 is turned on. The main power switch is located under the faceplate. Ensure it is switched to the I position.
