- Firmware Version: Lock 6.8 or newer, Hub Mini 5.4-3.8 or newer, Hub 2 2.0-1.2 or newer, Lock Pro 1.8 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Lock Pro / Lock and SwitchBot Hub products have been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.
3. Make sure the Lock Pro / Lock is within Bluetooth range (recommended 5 meters) of the Hub.
4. Please log out of the SwitchBot App, then log in again to confirm that you can enable the Lock Pro / Lock 's cloud service.
5. Please check if unplugging and plugging in the power supply of the Hub improves the problem.
6. Reinsert the batteries into the Lock Pro / Lock .
