1. Make sure that the batteries in the Lock Pro are in firm contact with the battery terminals in the battery holder.
2. Make sure that the four batteries are oriented correctly.
3. Replace the batteries with new AA batteries (1.5V) that you have on hand and see if the problem improves.
Note:
Please refrain from using commercially available rechargeable batteries.
Use 1.5V batteries with the highest battery capacity possible.
4. If the issue still exists, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. When contacting us, it would be helpful if you could provide us with the following information:
- A Photo showing the installation status of the four batteries
- A video of the Lock Pro not responding after inserting the battery case (with batteries installed)
