What to Do if My Mini Robot Vacuum K10+/K10+ Pro/K11+/K11+ Pro Does not Automatically Empty Dust When Docking?

1. Make sure the lid of the garbage collection base is properly closed. If not closed, the garbage collection base will have a red indicator.

2. Make sure the dust pack is properly attached. If not installed correctly, the garbage collection base will have a solid red indicator.

3. Garbage collection will not be done automatically during the do-not-disturb period, so please avoid collecting the garbage during this time.

4. The K10+/K10+ Pro/K11+/K11+ Pro and the auto-empty station are in a bound state by default. If you change this combination, dust collection will not happen automatically. Do not mix robots and auto-empty stations if you have multiple K10+/K10+ Pro/K11+/K11+ Pro sets.

5. Please turn off the garbage collection base once and then turn it on again.

6. Please turn the power of the robot vacuum cleaner from off to on.
