1. Make sure you are using the latest version of our App.
2. Make sure your SwitchBot Lock is added to your SwitchBot account.
3. Please log in to SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Help and Feedback -> Feedback to submit a request for firmware update.
4. When replacing batteries, please make sure the model used is CR123A 3V/1500mAh.
5. If the above does not solve your problem, please log in to our App and navigate to ProfileFeedback and contact us. We will forward the issue to our tech team for further support. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the following information when you contact us:
