  • Applicable Products: SwitchBot Lock
  • SwitchBot App Version: V6.22 or newer
  • Firmware Version: V6.5 or newer

1. Make sure your SwitchBot app is the latest version.

2. Make sure the SwitchBot Lock is added to the SwitchBot app.

3. Please update the firmware version V6.5 at the link below.

  • New Firmware for SwitchBot Lock
  • Click the link, enter your SwitchBot App account and submit.
  • Open the SwitchBot app and wait for the new firmware to be pushed.
  • Firmware version V6.5 will be automatically pushed to the SwitchBot app in about 30 seconds. You can update by tapping "Update".
  • If not pushed, please contact our support team.

4. When replacing the battery, please make sure the battery you are using is CR123A 3V/1500mAh.
