- SwitchBot App Version:9.6 or newer
- Firmware Version: 2.0 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Keypad has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.
3. Remove and reinsert the batteries in the Keypad Touch, then try unlocking your Lock with the NFC card again.
4. Remove the Keypad Touch from the SwitchBot App, then re-add it along with the NFC card to unlock your Lock.
Important Note: When you remove the device, all added passcodes, fingerprints, and NFC cards will be cleared. You will need to add them again. Thank you for your understanding.
5. If five consecutive attempts to unlock with the NFC card fail, the NFC card unlocking function will be temporarily disabled. Use a passcode or fingerprint to unlock successfully, then try unlocking your Lock using the NFC card again.
6. If you have multiple NFC cards, please check if any other cards can be used for troubleshooting.
7. If the issue persists after completing the steps above, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. To assist with the investigation, we kindly ask you to provide a video showing the sound and indicator light behavior when unlocking your Lock with the NFC card.
