What Should I Do if Keypad Vision Consumes Battery Quickly?

  1. Make sure the firmware version is up to date.
  2. If the average daily battery consumption is more than 5%, try lowering the sensitivity to the minimum level.
  3. If the battery still drains quickly after adjustment, check whether you receive frequent device wake-up banner notifications in the SwitchBot App, and provide relevant screenshots to customer support via Feedback in the SwitchBot App.
