- SwitchBot App Version:9.13 or newer
- Firmware Version: 1.5 or newer
1. Update the firmware of the Keypad Vision to V15 or later to see if it helps.
2. Go to SwitchBot App -> Keypad Vision -> Gear Icon -> Face Entry Settings -> Trigger Face Recognition, set it to Manual first, then switch it to Auto again.
3. Go to SwitchBot App -> Keypad Vision -> Gear Icon -> Face Entry Settings -> Recognition Sensitivity, set it to high.
4. Please confirm if your Keypad Vision has been installed in a place where direct sunlight can shine on it.
