- SwitchBot App Version:9.6 or newer

1. Open SwitchBot App and see if the "Keypad Disable" option is on. If it is, we need to turn it off.
2. Remove and reinsert the batteries in the Keypad Touch, then try unlocking your Lock with keypad again.
3. If five consecutive attempts to unlock with the keypad (passcode) fail, the passcord unlocking function will be temporarily disabled. Use an NFC card or fingerprint to unlock successfully, then try unlocking your Lock using the passcode again.
4. Remove the Keypad Touch from the SwitchBot App, then re-add it along with the passcode to unlock your Lock.
Important Note: When you remove the device, all added passcodes, fingerprints, and NFC cards will be cleared. You will need to add them again. Thank you for your understanding.

- A video showing all the buttons have completely stopped responding after reinserting the batteries into your Keypad
