How to Connect AI MindClip to Codex

After installing the AI MindClip plugin and authorizing your account, you can use AI MindClip directly in Codex and ChatGPT to access recording information, transcriptions, AI summaries, and to-dos. You can also search past conversations, review daily or weekly insights, and identify items that require follow-up.

Before You Begin

• Install and sign in to the Codex desktop app.
• Prepare an AI MindClip account, which is the same account you use to sign in to the AI MindClip App.

Setup Instructions

1. Open the Plugins page
   In the Codex sidebar, go to Customize → Plugins.
2. Search for AI MindClip
   Enter AI MindClip in the search box in the upper-right corner. Select AI MindClip from the results and confirm that the developer is switchbot.
3. Install the plugin
   On the AI MindClip details page, click Install plugin in the upper-right corner.
4. Sign in and authorize access
   Your browser will automatically open the AI MindClip sign-in page. Sign in with your AI MindClip account using your account credentials, the App QR code, or a Google, Amazon, or Apple account.
5. Complete the connection
   Return to Codex after signing in. Once connected, AI MindClip will appear under Installed in the sidebar.
   If you see Finish connecting AI MindClip in your browser at the top of the page, click Open browser and complete authorization in your browser.
6. Start using AI MindClip
   Return to the Codex home page, select AI MindClip in the message box, or click Plugins below the input box to add it. You can then ask questions directly, such as:
   “Summarize today’s meetings and list the to-dos.”

What data can Codex access after I connect AI MindClip?
Codex can access recording information, transcriptions, AI-generated summaries, and extracted to-dos. You can use it to search past conversations, view daily or weekly insights, and identify items that require follow-up.

Which account should I use to sign in?
Use your AI MindClip account. Otherwise, your recording data cannot be accessed. If you do not have an account, click register on the sign-in page to create one.

What should I do if the browser does not open after installation or the page remains on Loading?
This means authorization has not been completed. Click Open browser in the prompt at the top of the page and complete sign-in in your browser. If you previously closed the sign-in page, use the same method to open it again.

Can I also use it in ChatGPT?
Yes. Once installed, AI MindClip can be used in both ChatGPT and Codex.

How can I manage or disconnect the integration?
Go to Customize → Plugins → AI MindClip, then click Manage. You can also disconnect AI MindClip at any time in Settings.

How will my data be used?
After you connect AI MindClip, ChatGPT may share relevant conversations and memories with the plugin to provide context for your requests. AI MindClip handles this data in accordance with its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can manage your preferences or disconnect AI MindClip at any time in Settings.
