How to Integrate AI MindClip with OpenAI Dots

After integration, you can use Dots to access your AI MindClip recordings, transcriptions, summaries, and to-dos.

Before You Begin

Prepare the following:

• An AI MindClip App account
• A ChatGPT Pro or Business Premium subscription
• Your AI MindClip Token and Secret

Make sure your recordings have been synchronized to the cloud. Recordings that remain on the device and have not yet been uploaded cannot be accessed through Dots.

To obtain your Token and Secret:

1. Open the AI MindClip App.
2. Go to Settings → About.
3. Tap Software Version several times.
4. When Developer Options appears, open it and copy your Token and Secret.

Integration Steps

1. Search for mindclip on the ChatGPT Apps page, or open the MindClip plugin page.
2. Confirm that the developer is switchbot, then click Install.

3. Your browser will open an account sign-in page. Sign in using your AI MindClip App account and complete authorization.

   You can sign in with your email address and password or use your Google, Amazon, or Apple account.

4. Return to the conversation. Enter @mindclip at the beginning of your message, followed by your question.

For example:

• @mindclip List my most recent MindClip recordings and summarize the key points.
• @mindclip Show me the transcript and summary of my latest recording, and list the action items.
• @mindclip Show my urgent to-dos and today’s Daily Memory.

Using MindClip in Codex

The same plugin can also be used in Codex:

1. Open Codex and select Plugins from the left sidebar.
2. Search for mindclip.
3. Open the plugin details page and click Install plugin.
4. Sign in and authorize access in the same way.

Authorization applies at the account level and can be used in both ChatGPT and Codex.
