Make sure the device has sufficient battery power. Restart the device, then try updating the firmware again.
In the app, go to Wi-Fi Settings → Edit and connect the device to a different network. We recommend trying your phone’s hotspot first.
If the update still fails after changing networks, record the update progress at which it failed, the error message, and the current firmware version. Submit this information to Customer Support via Feedback in the app.
