What Should I Do if I Don’t See the 6-Month Free Trial Plan After Entering the Subscription Page?

  1. Check whether the app version is V1.4 or newer in the app settings. If not, please update the app to the latest version first.
  2. After confirming the app version, completely close the app, including ending it from the background, then reopen it and go to the subscription page again.
  3. If the plan still does not appear, restart your phone and check the subscription page again.
  4. If the issue persists, please contact us via Feedback in the SwitchBot App.
