What Should I Do if the App Detects the Device but Cannot Connect, Register, or Add It?

  1. If the device is blinking with orange‌ light, please charge the device for about 30 minutes first and then try again.
  2. Try restarting Bluetooth on your phone.
  3. Press and hold the pairing button in the lower-right corner for 10 seconds, then add the device again.
  4. If the issue persists, please contact customer support via Feedback in the SwitchBot App.
