Why Wasn’t a Daily Summary Generated for Some Days?

Daily summaries are generated based on recordings that have been successfully uploaded and processed by AI.

Please check the following first:

• Whether there were recordings on that day
• Whether the recordings from that day were uploaded successfully
• Whether the recordings have completed transcription and AI analysis

If there were no recordings that day, or if the recordings have not finished uploading and processing, a daily summary will not be generated.

If all of the above conditions have been met but the daily summary is still not generated, please submit Feedback in the app or contact customer support. We will help you troubleshoot the issue further.
