If you happen to notice that some parts seem to be missing from your SwitchBot Keypad Touch package, please double-check the packaging.

Inside the main box, there’s a small inner box placed underneath the Keypad Touch itself. This box contains important accessories, including:

• Mounting Plate
• Alignment Sticker
• Double-Sided Tape
• CR123A Batteries ×2
• Removal Pin
• Rubber Ring ×2
• Triangle Opener
• Screw Kit

Kindly inspect the area beneath the Keypad Touch unit to see if the small inner box is present. If it’s still missing or incomplete, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
