Why Is the Device Transfer Speed Slow?

After you open the recording list, the device will automatically transfer recording files to your phone via Bluetooth.

Since Bluetooth bandwidth is limited, transferring large recording files may be relatively slow. This is normal.

If you need faster transfer speed, we recommend using one of the following methods:

• Hotspot transfer (AP): The device and your phone establish a hotspot connection for transfer.
• Upload to cloud while charging: When the device is charging and has previously connected to the local Wi-Fi, it will automatically upload recordings to the cloud.

In addition, after transfer starts, as long as the MindClip App keeps running in the background and is not force closed, recordings will continue to be uploaded, transcribed, written by AI, and summarized in the background. You do not need to stay on the current page.
