Please check the following:

• Make sure the device has enough battery power and is kept close to your phone.

When connecting for the first time or reconnecting, Bluetooth may take a few seconds to complete the connection. If the device is shown as offline, pull down to refresh the page, then try again.

If the device still cannot connect after a long time, please submit Feedback in the app or contact customer support. We will help you troubleshoot the issue. If a hardware fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement for you.
