What to Do If SwitchBot Plug Mini EU Frequently Goes Offline?

• SwitchBot App Version：9.16 or newer

1. Make sure your device is connected to the 2.4GHz network if your Wi-Fi router supports both 5GHz and 2.4GHz frequencies.

2. Place the Plug Mini EU closer to the Wi-Fi router (within 5 meters).

3. Unplug the Wi-Fi router and the Plug Mini EU, then plug them back in.

4. Set up Wi-Fi again by going to SwitchBot app ->Plug Mini EU -> Gear icon -> Wi-Fi settings near the device. When entering the Wi-Fi SSID and password, please make sure to correctly use uppercase and lowercase letters.

5. Long press the power button for 15 seconds to reset the device and reconnect to your home Wi-Fi.
