What to Do If I Failed to Add SwitchBot Plug Mini EU to SwitchBot App?

• SwitchBot App Version：9.15 or newer

1. Please use the latest version of the SwitchBot App from the app store. You may not be able to pair with the beta version.

2. If your home Wi-Fi router supports both 5GHz and 2.4GHz frequencies, please connect to the 2.4GHz network. 

3. Place the Plug Mini EU closer to the Wi-Fi router (within 5 meters).  

4. Restart your home router.  

5. If pairing fails, reset the device by pressing and holding the power button for 15 seconds, then try pairing again.

6. As a troubleshooting step, check if the Plug Mini EU can connect to your smartphone's hotspot.
