1. Remove and then reinsert the batteries in your Keypad.
2. Replace the batteries in your Keypad with two recommended Panasonic CR123A batteries.
3. If your Keypad responds after replacing or reinserting the batteries, check if "Keypad Disable" is turned on in the settings screen. If it is, please turn it off.
4. If the above does not solve your issue, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. When contacting us, please provide with the following information:
