- Firmware Version: Meter 3.3 or newer, Meter Plus 1.0 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Meter has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.
3. Uninstall the SwitchBot App and re-install it.
Note: If you use Bluetooth without a hub, there is a chance that locally stored cache data cannot be reloaded after uninstalling the app. When used with a hub, data is automatically uploaded via Wi-Fi, enabling quick access to data wherever and whenever needed.
4. Perform the data loading again.
5. If the problem persists, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback.
