1. Make sure your Meter Pro (CO2 Monitor) firmware version is up to date.
2. Remove the batteries from the CO2 Monitor (or unplug the power adapter if using the charging cable) and wait for about one minute, then power it back on.
3. In the SwitchBot App, long press the CO2 Monitor (Meter Pro) to remove it.
4. Press and hold the button at the top of the CO2 Monitor for 15 seconds to reset it, then try re-adding the CO2 Monitor to the SwitchBot App.
5. If you have tried the above steps and the problem persists, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. We will arrange for a replacement. When you contact us, please provide the following information.
- A phone showing the display of your Meter Pro (CO2 Monitor)
- A video demonstrating the reset process
