What Should I Do if the Temperature Unit Does Not Switch from Celsius to Fahrenheit When Pressing the Button on SwitchBot Meter Pro (CO2 Monitor)?

1. All Japanese versions of the temperature and humidity meters do not support switching the temperature unit to Fahrenheit. Make sure you are not using the Japanese version CO2 Monitor.

2. Please use the latest version of the SwitchBot app from the app store. You may not be able to switch with the beta version.

3. Please check for any available firmware updates by going to SwitchBot app → CO2 Monitor → Gear icon → Firmware & Battery. If needed, update the firmware to the latest version located near the device.

4. Set the button function to "Change Display Unit & Refresh Data" by navigating to the SwitchBot app, selecting CO2 Monitor, tapping the gear icon, and choosing Top Button Function.
