- Firmware Version: 1.5 or newer
1. Make sure your Meter Pro/CO2 Monitor firmware version is up to date.
2. Remove the batteries from the Meter Pro/CO2 Monitor and wait for about one minute.
Note: For CO2 Monitor, unplug the power adapter if using the charging cable.
3. Power the Meter Pro/CO2 Monitor back on.
4. If you have tried the above steps and the problem persists, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. We will arrange for a replacement. When you contact us, please provide the following information.
- A phone showing the display of your Meter Pro/CO2 Monitor
