1. Please check whether the device communication cable is connected in the wrong orientation. In the image below, the left side shows the incorrect connection, and the right side shows the correct connection. The raised part marked by the red box should face upward.
2. If the issue persists, please contact us via Feedback in SwitchBot App. When contacting us, please provide us with the following information:
- Photos that clearly show the wiring connection.
- A video showing the device’s response when you try to add permanent passcodes.
