What to Do If the Machine Reports That the Litter Surface Sensor Lens Is Dirty?

This situation could be caused by a cat suddenly entering during the cleaning process, resulting in a false alarm, or by dust or cat hair getting stuck on the sensor.
Cleaning the Sand Surface Sensor:

1. After the machine is powered off, remove the upper cover and the sand bin.
2. Wipe the sand surface sensor lens with a wet wipe (as shown in the figure).
3. After cleaning, reinstall it back into the sand bin, close the lid, and execute the "Flatten Cat Litter" function once in the screen menu.
