What to Do If the Waste Collection Box Is Relatively Empty but the Machine Prompts It Is Full?

· If the waste is piled up in the waste collection box:

1. Pull out the waste collection box, shake and level the waste, and then reinstall it..
2. To reduce the frequency of full alerts, click the settings button in the App, find the waste collection box full detection settings, and set the level to [Higher]. Adjust according to the actual amount to avoid overfilling, which can make cleaning inconvenient.

· The waste collection box sensor may be dirty; please clean it.

1. Open the upper cover of the machine, remove the fixing ring, take out the sand replenishment bucket, and open the support frame of the sand replenishment bucket.
2. Take a wet wipe or a cotton swab to clean the position shown in the following figure.
3. Reinstall the machine.
