- Please check the network connection of the cat litter box to Wi-Fi. When the network speed is too slow, the firmware upgrade progress on the APP will always show 0%, and after a period of time, it will show that the upgrade has failed. Please try restarting the Wi-Fi or try switching to a network with a better speed.
