What to Do If the Device Misreports a Cat Entry When No Cat Has Entered?

Possible reasons:
· The machine's weighing module is very sensitive; objects leaning against the sides or back may trigger a false record.
· If you turn on the machine and directly pour the empty bucket of cat litter into it, this problem will occur. After 15 minutes, the machine will automatically recover. You can also turn off the power and restart it to restore.
Please check if the machine is properly placed:

1. Keep a 10cm space around the machine. If you have space against the wall, you can pull the machine out first.
2. Do not let the mat or pedal touch or push against the machine; maintain a 5cm distance. Do not place the mat under the machine.
3. Check the bottom of the machine for any foreign objects or tangled power cords.
4. The machine should be placed on a hard and flat surface. Do not place it on a carpet.
5. Maintain a 10cm space between the top of the machine and other objects.
