Display E0117

This fault is caused by the motor stall of the rotating drum machine.

1. Please check if the door frame of the transfer bucket is properly installed. Once you confirm that it is installed correctly, restart the machine again. As shown in the picture, if the door frame is not installed properly, it may rub against the machine base and cause an error.
2. If the problem persists, first turn off the machine, remove the rotating drum, and check if there are any foreign objects (such as cat litter, hair, etc.) at the motor transmission gear (clean them up).
