SwitchBot Hub products support learning infrared remote controls in the following four ways: Smart Matching, Select Manually, Learn Buttons, and others.
Please note that infrared remote controls learned through the “Others” mode cannot be linked with third-party services such as Alexa or Google Home. As a result, these remote controls will not appear in Alexa or Google Home and cannot be controlled by voice command through those services. We appreciate your understanding.
As an alternative, you can create a SwitchBot Scene that controls the infrared remote. Alexa and Google Home can run SwitchBot Scenes through voice commands or automation, so this can help you control the infrared remote through Alexa or Google Home indirectly.
