1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Hub has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.
3. Please synchronize the added infrared remotes to Apple Home app in the following order:
- Launch SwitchBot app and log in.
- Tap your Hub.
- Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap "Matter Setup".
- Tap "Secondary Device".
- Tap "Lab Features (Beta)" and add the target IR remote.
Important Note:
1. IR remotes learned with "Smart Matching", "Select Manually" and "Others" can be synced to the Apple Home App.
2. Infrared remote controls registered via "Learn Buttons" cannot be added as sub-devices. Please re-learn the remote control in "Other" mode and then try adding it as a sub-device.
3. Air conditioner remotes in Apple Home app support cooling, heating, and on/off functions, while other appliance remotes only support on/off functions.
