Yes, by design SwitchBot Hub Mini does not appear as a device in the Amazon Alexa or Google Home App. The Hub Mini itself cannot be operated from Apps such as Alexa or Google Assistant, but infrared remote controls registered to the Hub Mini using automatic learning/manual learning/button learning can be operated by voice from Alexa or Google Assistant.
