SwitchBot KATA Friends Transport Guidelines

Before sending your KATA Friends to the SwitchBot Care Center for hospitalization or a physical examination, please review the following notes.

• Please ensure that your KATA Friends are powered off, remove all clothing and accessories, and verify that the device is dry.
• Place the KATA Friends in a protective bag and use the original packaging box. Ensure that the box and all internal packing materials are intact.
• Make sure that the transportation environment is between -20℃ and 60℃.  
• Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures or direct sunlight.  
• Do not pack it with hard objects.
