- SwitchBot App Version:9.19 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Safety Alarm has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.
3. Enable the lost mode in the following order:
- Launch SwitchBot App and log in.
- Tap your Safety Alarm.
- Enable the lost mode then fill in the contact information.
Note:
When Lost Mode is enabled, you will be notified via email or push notification whenever the Safety Alarm's location is updated. Anyone who finds the Safety Alarm can scan its QR code to view your preset contact information.
