How to Trigger SwitchBot Safety Silent Alarm

• SwitchBot App Version：9.19 or newer

Press and hold the Safety Alarm button for 5 seconds to activate silent alarm mode.  

In this mode, the Safety Alarm will not produce any sound. However, if the device and your smartphone are within Bluetooth range and the SwitchBot app is running in the background, a notification containing location details will be sent to your smartphone.

For security purposes, only the homeowner can deactivate the emergency SOS alert message in the SwitchBot app. Administrators and other household members are unable to disable the alert. Thank you for your understanding.
