How to Trigger SwitchBot Safety Alarm SOS Alert

• SwitchBot App Version：9.19 or newer

When the Safety Alarm's pin is removed, the device emits a loud alarm and activates a flashing light.

If the pin is pulled out while both the device and smartphone are within Bluetooth range, and the SwitchBot app is running in the background, a notification with location details will be sent to the smartphone.

The alarm will stop once the pin is reinserted.

For security purposes, only the homeowner can deactivate the emergency SOS alert message in the SwitchBot app. Administrators and other household members are unable to disable the alert. Thank you for your understanding.
