1. First please contact Philips Hue customer support for assistance with integrating the lights into Apple Home.

2. Following the related post below to add SwitchBot Universal Remote to Apple Home app and create automations.

Note: 

Regarding matter compatibility, the Universal Remote currently only supports the Apple Home app through Hub 2 and Hub Mini Matter. Alexa and Google are not supported at this time.
