How to Pair Bluetooth TV Remotes with SwitchBot Universal Remote

• SwitchBot App Version: 9.1 or newer
• Firmware Version: 4.0 or newer

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure your Universal Remote has been added to your App and firmware version is up to date.

3. Use the original TV remote to open Settings > Controllers and Bluetooth Devices > Other Bluetooth Devices > Add Bluetooth Devices > Select SwitchBot-XXXX in order, and then wait for the pairing to be successful.

Note: 

If you can't find SwitchBot-XXXX in order, try going to SwitchBot App > Universal Remote > Manage Devices > + icon in the upper right corner > Third-party Control > Bluetooth Classic > Save > Pairing Now.
