- SwitchBot App Version: 9.0 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. You can update home member status to "Admin" in the following order:
- Launch SwitchBot App and log in.
- Tap Profile in the lower right corner.
- Tap “Manage Homes".
- If there are multiple homes, tap the target home.
- In the "Home Members" section, tap the appropriate member.
- Tap “Member Permissions” to set them as admin, then tap “Next”.
Note:
If certain features like remote locking, unlocking, or adjusting the camera’s Privacy Mode aren’t accessible for home members or members with limited permissions, updating their role to "Admin" can provide full access.
