How to Share Devices? (V9.0)

As the home owner or an administrator of the home, you have the option to share one or more devices to a member.

For each member, the devices to be shared can be different.

Before you share any devices to a member, you must invite the member as Member (Limited Permissions).

Prerequisite

You are either the Owner or an Admin of the home.

Steps

• Navigate to Home
• Tap the top right plus icon and choose Invite Members
• Choose Member (Limited Permissions) and tap Next
• Select the devices you wish to share and tap OK

Tips

• If you wish to grant remote access to a bluetooth device, such as a Bot or Curtain, you must share a Hub along with it.
• If you wish to grant access to an IR appliance, such as a TV or Air Conditioner, you musth share the Hub devices these appliances are connected to.
