1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is upgraded to 9.2 or newer.
2. Try using an Android phone if you have one for firmware update or recovery.
3. Please restart your iPhone and then try the update or recovery again.
4. If the issue persists, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. When contacting us, please provide us with a video showing the firmware recovery failure, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you within warranty.
